It is important to note that this unit is not watertight and should not be used for animals that require standing water in their enclosures.
The top of the unit is wire mesh and is intended to support heat and UV lamps. Customers can safely place heat/UV lamps on the wire portion of the top of the unit, but it is crucial that heat lamps do not touch the ECOFLEX material. Assembly instructions should be referenced for proper setup. This habitat is suitable for a variety of animals, including tortoises, arachnids, chameleons, scorpions, hermit crabs, hamsters, guinea pigs, and small rabbits.
